Booking Conditions::
- The values shown are indicative, already include VAT and refer to our Mid Season.
- For Casa dos Arrábidos, High Season is the Golegã Fair, New Year and special dates in Fátima.
- Mid Season is from July to September and Low Season corresponds to the rest of the year.
- During the months of July and August the price of the House is always the "weekend" price.
- (a) The minimum booking period is 1 day in Low Season, 2 days in Mid Season and 3 days in High Season.
- Breakfast is optional and access to the kitchen is subject to reservation of the whole house.
- Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and are only valid after confirmed by our services.
- (b) A cleaning fee must be added to the total cost of each stay (per room or per house).
- Check-in is from 6:00 pm and check-out is until 12:00 pm.
- We have the option of "early check-in" (12:00 pm) or "late check-out" (6:00 pm). The value is around 25% of the total daily rate for each option.
- Children up to 2 years old do not pay.
- With the reservation of the house (10 persons) we guarantee the exclusivity of the whole space.
- With the reservation of the house (includes access to the kitchen) breakfast is not served.
- Pets are allowed upon request and are subject to an additional fee.
- Casa dos Arrábidos reserves the right to be compensated for any damages or losses caused by people or acts that jeopardize its heritage. The costs of repairing or replacing Casa dos Arrábidos goods resulting from damage, breakage, or loss, will be charged to the customer.
