Booking Conditions::
- The prices are indicative and already include VAT;
- For Casa dos Arrábidos, the high season is the Golegã Fair (first half of November), the end of the year and special dates at the Sanctuary of Fátima;
- Mid season is from June to September and low season is the rest of the year;
- During the period from 15 July to 31 August, the price for the entire house is always the ‘weekend’ price;
- During low season, the minimum booking period is 1 day, during mid season 2 days and during high season 3 days;
- Breakfast is optional and guests' access to the kitchen is subject to booking the entire house;
- Reservations must be made 48 hours in advance and are only valid after confirmation by our services;
- A cleaning fee must be added to the total amount for each stay (per room or per house);
- Check-in is from 6 p.m. and check-out is until 12 noon;
- We offer the option of ‘early check-in’ (12 noon) or ‘late check-out’ (6 p.m.). The cost is approximately 25% of the total daily rate for each option;
- Children up to 2 years old do not pay for an extra bed (or cot);
- When booking the house (10 people), we guarantee that there will be no other guests on the property;
- When booking the house, breakfast is not served but full access to the kitchen is included;
- Pets are allowed upon prior request and are subject to an additional cost.
- Casa dos Arrábidos reserves the right to be compensated for any damages or losses caused by people or acts that jeopardize its heritage. The costs of repairing or replacing Casa dos Arrábidos goods resulting from damage, breakage, or loss, will be charged to the customer.
